Coding Grace November Newsletter

Welcome to this month's newsletter. Last month has been quite busy for me and Coding Grace. Although I haven't run Coding Grace workshops, we were involved with Coder Girl Hack Day, and helped contribute to a full Allies Workshop at Career Zoo.

I was delighted to be invited to give an introduction to Python with Python Turtle at Larkin Community College (thanks, Joanne). The girls had so much fun making faces, mandalas, and lots of laughter (possibly due to many jelly sweets consumed. (See pic of the day from tweet above)
Coding Grace was involved with Coder Girl Hack Day, which happened on Sat Oct 15 celebrating International Day of the Girl and EU Code Week and kindly hosted by Dogpatch Labs. You can find lots of amazing tweets, photos via this storified collection I created to capture the essence of an amazing day.

On the same day, I was running the allyship workshops at Career Zoo down the road at the Convention Centre, from Etsy's condense version of our recent collaboration to Unconscious Bias with Mary Carroll to EY's creating an inclusive work environment for LGTB colleagues to Imposter Syndrome with Pauline Sargent (#Digiwomen) to building confidence in networking.
