Spring time is here! 🌷

It's February and so many things are in the works right now.

Big thanks to Christina for inviting me to speak at Ireland Girl Geek Dinners panel alongside other amazing guest speakers: Ann O'Dea, Maria Varley and Jenny Sheehan. The panel topic was: New Year’s resolutions - How to make 2018 amazing!

I was also at iWish (RDS) to give a lighting talk about what I do, and my involvement in diversity in tech events. They are always looking for role models, I highly recommend getting involved in their next events (Cork/Dublin).

I'm working on content for a follow-up to the Learning Python by making a text-based game workshop, and it's (very) nearly ready, if anyone is interested in learning about Django, be sure to keep an eye out.

Heads up! Folks who are interested in making games, we will be announcing details at the end of Feb/early March for three workshops which will be held in Galway in April. We will be focusing on boardgame design, narrative storytelling and coding.
