Coding Grace Upcoming Workshop(s)

Just wanted to follow-up with you, only gotten around doing some house-keeping. I tend to send this monthly, but I missed out on a few people, so this is the same as the previous April newsletter I sent earlier this month.

Big thing I want to point out is the #weAREhere unFAIL unConference (this coming Saturday, 26th April), see below for details. There are still places left.

And there's plenty of places left for introduction to Python by making a text-based game workshop, and no programming experience required.

Upcoming Workshops

Make a text-based adventure game with Python

Mon 28th April (18:30-21:00)

No programming background required. This will replace the introduction to Python series. We will cover strings, numbers, taking input from the command line, if statements, a bit about Boolean logic. All the bits and pieces to make a text-based adventure game.

Game Art with Pete McNally

Saturday 24th May (11:00 - 16:00)

Background in art? Curious about making game art? Join us with Pete McNally who will show you how.
