Coding Grace first bi-monthly of 2026. Diversity in Tech news, opportunities, CFPs and events.
We welcome you to our first bi-monthly newsletter of 2026. A huge thanks to all of you for your continued support of Coding Grace's newsletter.
We would love to hear what you are interested in hearing about in our future newsletters, and it's anonymous feedback. Thanks in advance.
๐ฐ Last month, Vicky and Mick along with Declan McGrath (Ruby Ireland) co-organised the annual Irish Techies Table Quiz raising money for The Dublin Simon Community, and it was the highest funds raised before match-funding.

๐ A huge thank you to everyone who supported by donating, attending and contributing to this event, in total plus a cheque was โฌ2590! All this will make a difference at The Dublin Simon Community. Here's the write-up of the evening in question from winners, team names, all the amazing local tech community groups partnered in the event, and the sponsors who provided the prizes.
๐ After holidays, you want to get back into gear, check out the videos from GDG DevFest playlist which was published recently.

๐ A big congrats to TOG Hackerspace on their recent grant award from As Darragh Did.
This funding will allow us to expand the creative tools available in the space and kick off a new programme of inclusive, hands-on workshops focused on design, creativity, and making. Over the coming months, youโll start to see new activities appearing at TOG that are designed to lower the barrier to getting involved, welcome new faces into the space, and give people fun, accessible ways to learn new skills.
