A huge thanks for folks to staying with us as we transition to Ghost as our platform, I wrote a small post about it explaining why and how excited I am using Ghost as our platform for our newsletters going forward.

A quick recap... we want to say thank you to everyone who joined and got involved with the Techie Table Quiz last November, the final total raised (including the matching donation from Workday) was €2874! So thank you and we look forward to another end of year techie community table quiz.

Save the Dates

We are delighted to announce a new series of talks delving a bit deeper into tech and are aimed at Principal Software Engineers, Systems Architects, Senior Devs, Head of Engineering. It's called Cupán Tae Conf Series.

They will be a series of virtual talks live-streamed with discussions taking place on our Discord server. We aim to have an in-person conference at the end of the year, so watch this space!

Call all creatives, GameCraft is back after a hiatus, a game-making event that is taking place at Douglas Street Campus on Fri Feb 16. It's open to everyone at all levels, and we love to see games from tabletop board games to electronics to digital games.

Coding Grace is delighted to be involved with TechFoundHer Boot Camp 2024 this year! If you are a female founder (esepecially early stage), some join us for a day of sharing and learning with amazing guest speakers. It will be held on Tue April 16th at the historic Dublin City Hall.

And still on the topic of startups, the upcoming Techstars Startup Weekend Women Dublin is a 54 hours event where aspiring women entrepreneurs can experience startup life. It will be taking place on March 22 - 24.

Patch - Accelerator for 16-21yos - Applications open

We are a non-profit that supports future founders, technologists & leaders. It's a a 7 week long, all expenses paid summer programme for exceptional 16 - 21 year olds. Participants create a project/product/initiative of their own, work with 1-3 peers and get direct mentoring from world-class founders & operators. It all takes place in Dogpatch in Dublin.
