๐ An update from last month's annual Techie Table Quiz is back again by Irish Geeks, The Irish Tech Community via iDonate (โฌ1699) along with Workday's match funding (โฌ1141) giving a grand total of โฌ2840! Thank you everyone, for your support all the proceeds will go to Dublin Simon Community. Here's Vicky's write-up of the event.

๐พ Speaking of games, January is the time for Global Game Jams and you are interested, you can join one of the few that is happening around Ireland (even if you have never made a game before, a chance to meet some awesome people).
๐ If you are looking for something techie to get involved in, DjangoCon Europe is being hosted in Dublin this year (Apr 23-27). Vicky Twomey-Lee will be running a Django Girls Dublin workshop during their sprint weekend (Sat Apr 26). As of posting this newsletter, the workshop is not officially announced yet, but she is looking for mentors. If you are interested, please email dublin@djangogirls.org.
